1 General description:
1.1 Scope of application As a multi function hardness tester which
integrating Rockwell Hardness Tester, Superficial Rockwell Hardness
Tester and Plastic Rockwell Hardness Tester as a whole, adopting
Rockwell testing principle, HR3200 can be used directly to measure
Rockwell hardness, superficial Rockwell hardness and plastic
Rockwell hardness, and it can change the value of Rockwell hardness
into HB, HV, HLD, HK andσ b value. Provided with many features such
as high measuring precision, wide measuring range, automatic main
test force loading/unloading, measuring results digitally display
and automatic printing, communicating with external computer and
etc., the tester is suitable for the hardness testing of carbon
steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non ferrous metal, engineering
plastic and etc. It can be widely applied to the testing ,
scientific research and manufacturing of industries such as
metering, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, chemical industry,
building materials and so on. The tester should conform to
following standard: EN ISO 6508 & ASTM E18. 1.2 Product features
Unique structure: adopting special indenter structure, it can be
used to conduct the general testing which can be made by
traditional hardness tester, in additional, it can be applied to
measure surfaces which not possible to be measured by common
hardness tester, such as the inner surface of annular and pipe
parts. Wide measurement range: suitable for following 30 hardness
scales in total, HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HRL,
HRM, HRP, HRR, HRS, HRV, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T,
HR15W, HR30W, HR45W, HR15X, HR30X, HR45X, HR15Y, HR30Y and HR45Y.
Powerful auxiliary functions: besides general hardness testing, the
tester has been provided with following auxiliary functions: upper
and lower limit setting; data statistics, the computing for average
value, standard deviation, maximum and minimum; scale conversion
(the testing results can be convert into the values of HB, HV, HLD,
HK and σ b (strength); curved surface correcting automatically
correct the measuring results for cylindrical surface and spherical
surface.
