Overview
HCDXseries magnetic yoke flaw detectors is the portable miniature
magnetic detection equipment,which uses magnetic yoke to magnetize
workpiece made of ferromagnetic materials. The equipment can
magnetize various parts and is applicable to the petroleum,
chemical, metallurgy, aerospace, shipbuilding, railway, electric
power, coal, machinery, standardize parts, aircraft manufacturing,
automobile parts, boiler and pressure vessel these industry
products. The equipment makes magnetic particle inspection on the
surface and the near surface defect, the defect is caused by
forging, quenching, welding and fatigue, such as a chain rod,
crankshaft, bearing, high strength bolt, spring, forgings,
petrochemical pipe fittings, valves, blades, gear, roller, chain
and Welding seam these geometric complex workpieces.
HCDXseries magnetic yoke flaw detector consists of AC (Alternating
Current), DC (Direct Current), AC-DC magnetic yoke flaw detector. DC power supply is the rechargeable battery, applicable to site
operation in the field with no power supply and the containers,
bridges, pipelines that high pressure cannot enter in. If charging one time the continuous work can be up to more than 6
hours. AC power supply uses AC~220V power supply direct input, no
other ancillary equipment and with easy, convenient operation, it
is light weight and easy to carry, so the equipment can be widely
used.

Operation and Cautions
Before using, the movable joint pin part shall be added a small
amount of lubricating oil.
Pressing the switch after the probe pole head has kept good
connection with the workpiece, timely releasing the switch before
the probe has left the workpiece. To avoid the equipment overheating fault damage caused by
improper operation.
V Charging method and low battery judgment
After connecting the charger (adapter) with the battery, the
charger (adapter) plug is inserted into the 220V socket, the red
light on the charger turns on, when red light turning green it
indicates the end of charging, the charging time is about 3 hours.
When in the use of battery box power supply, the battery indicator
display 10%, it needs to be charged, the charging time is about 3
hours
