MovableMagnetic ParticlesFlaw Detector HCDX-5000 is applicable to detect workpieces by AC magnetization. It has the function of demagnetization, and do not need additional configuration of demagnetization set.

8-bit MCUis adopted as the controller by this magnetic particles flaw detector, and the continuous regulation of magnetizing current can be realized through the precise collection of the AC zero voltage crossing signal and the signal of current regulation. It has the function of maximum current limit. With the function of phase controlled, the detector is suitable for both continuous technique and residual technique.
